Our architectural products catalog is a great starting point, but many projects require something unique. Historic restoration profiles, oversized cornices, curved moldings, custom columns, one-off details – we regularly manufacture components that have never existed before. If you can draw it, there’s a good chance we can build it.

That’s exactly why we spend so much time reviewing drawings, discussing details, and confirming dimensions before manufacturing. Good preparation saves a lot of time in the field.

The important thing to understand is that building codes evaluate complete wall assemblies – not decorative trim by itself. Fire performance depends on the substrate, insulation system, coatings, fastening methods, and installation details working together to meet standards such as ASTM E84. If your project has specific code requirements, we’ll help you choose the right system before production even begins.

Think of them as the architectural finish rather than the structural frame. Steel, concrete, or wood carries the load. Our profiles create the visual depth, proportion, and detailing that give the building its identity, without adding unnecessary weight to the structure.

People usually picture packaging foam, not architectural EPS. They’re completely different materials. Once reinforced with protective coatings, our architectural foam products are designed for exterior use and perform in rain, heat, freezing temperatures, and everyday weather conditions. In the finished building, most people would find the finished profiles to be virtually indistinguishable from traditional, heavier materials.

The short answer? We don’t leave consistency to chance.

Every production run starts from approved CAD files and shop drawings. Once the geometry is locked in, CNC manufacturing keeps every profile identical—from the very first cornice to the last window surround. Our QA team checks dimensions throughout production, not just at the end, because replacing one mismatched profile on a completed facade is far more expensive than catching it in the factory.
