FAQ
- We only have preliminary elevations—not a complete drawing set. Is it too early to request a quote?
Not at all. In fact, that’s often the best time to involve us. Early in the design phase, profile dimensions, wall thicknesses, and facade proportions are still flexible. We can review your concept, suggest suitable decorative architectural elements, and flag anything that could become difficult or unnecessarily expensive later. Once the design is finalized, updating the quote is usually quick.
- Our project includes curved walls and radius windows. Can you manufacture custom profiles for that?
Absolutely. Straight moldings are easy. The interesting projects are the ones with curves, oversized cornices, elliptical openings, or completely custom details. Those are the projects our engineering team enjoys the most. As long as we have accurate geometry, we can manufacture components that match your design—not the other way around.
- We're comparing foam with cast stone. What do architects usually choose?
It depends on the project goals. If structural weight, installation speed, or budget are major considerations, many architects choose architectural foam products because they achieve a very similar visual result while dramatically reducing dead load. If the project calls for solid masonry construction, another solution may be more appropriate. That’s exactly the kind of conversation we like having before specifications are finalized.
- Can you work directly with our BIM models?
Yes. Revit exports, CAD files, PDFs, shop drawings—we work with all of them every day. The cleaner the documentation, the faster we can review the project. But don’t worry if everything isn’t perfectly organized yet. We’ve seen just about every file format imaginable.
- We have a specification deadline next week. How quickly can you respond?
If you send us the project today, we’ll start reviewing it right away.
For straightforward projects, you’ll often hear back within one business day. Larger developments naturally require more coordination, but we won’t leave you wondering what’s happening. Even if the final quotation takes longer, you’ll receive feedback on the project status almost immediately.
- I don't know anything about architectural moldings. Can you still help me?
Of course—that’s what we’re here for. You don’t need to know the name of every cornice or molding profile. A few photos of your home, inspiration images, or even a simple sketch are usually enough for us to understand the style you’re aiming for and recommend options that fit.
- Will these decorative elements make my house look "too fancy"?
That’s a question we hear surprisingly often. Good architectural detailing shouldn’t attract attention because it’s oversized—it should feel like it has always belonged there. Sometimes adding one properly proportioned cornice above the windows creates a stronger result than covering the entire facade with decoration. Balance almost always wins.
- I'm renovating an older home. Can you match existing architectural details?
Usually, yes. Many restoration projects begin with a single surviving profile. We can recreate moldings, columns, window trim, or cornices from photographs, field measurements, or physical samples whenever enough information is available. Some of our favorite projects involve bringing historic architectural details back to life.
- Do I need to order an entire house package?
Not at all. Some clients order complete facade systems. Others only need a new entry surround, replacement columns, or a few window moldings. Every project is different, and we’re just as happy helping with a single architectural feature as we are supplying an entire development.
- What's the biggest mistake homeowners make before ordering?
Honestly? Waiting until construction has already started. The earlier we’re involved, the easier it is to coordinate dimensions, align profiles with windows and doors, and avoid unnecessary modifications in the field. A quick conversation during the planning stage often saves far more time—and money—than people expect.

Your Project Deserves More Than a Standard Quote
Every Great Project Starts with a Conversation
A successful project rarely begins with a purchase order. It usually starts with a question.
“Can this profile be made larger?”
“Will these moldings work with EIFS?”
“Is there a lighter alternative to precast?”

We hear questions like these every day, and that’s exactly why we encourage architects, builders, designers, and developers to send us their drawings before making final decisions. A quick review today can eliminate RFIs, field modifications, and unexpected costs later.
Whether you already have a complete specification package, BIM model, CAD files, shop drawings, or just an early design concept, our team will review your project and recommend the most practical solution. Sometimes the answer is exactly what you planned. Sometimes there’s a smarter approach.
That’s the value of working directly with an experienced architectural products company.
More Than an Architectural Products Catalog
A catalog is a great place to find inspiration. It shouldn’t limit your design.
Our architectural products catalog includes hundreds of standard profiles, but most of the projects we manufacture don’t come directly from those pages. They’re developed specifically for each building.
Need a deeper cornice? A custom column diameter? Decorative panels that align perfectly across multiple elevations? No problem. Our engineers routinely modify existing profiles or create entirely new custom architectural products based on project requirements.
Think of the catalog as a starting point—not the finish line.

Fast Feedback Makes Better Buildings
Construction schedules move quickly. Design revisions happen. Budgets change.
Waiting a week for technical feedback simply isn’t practical anymore.
That’s why we focus on responsive communication from the very beginning. Once we receive your project documentation, our specialists review the drawings, evaluate profile geometry, discuss installation requirements, and identify opportunities for value engineering without compromising the original design intent.
Whether you’re specifying architectural building products for a luxury residence or coordinating commercial architectural products across multiple buildings, early collaboration almost always leads to a smoother construction process.
Less guesswork. Fewer surprises. Better coordination between design, production, and installation.

Let’s Build the Right Solution Together
Every facade has its own character. Every architect has a different design philosophy. And every project comes with its own technical challenges.
That’s why we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
From elegant decorative architectural elements and refined architectural interior products to large-scale facade systems and advanced architectural products, every component is engineered around your drawings—not around standard inventory. Our production team works with designers, architects, general contractors, and developers every day, transforming concepts into installation-ready components with CNC precision and dependable lead times.
If your project is still evolving, send it anyway.
A preliminary sketch. A PDF set. A BIM model. Even a marked-up floor plan.
We’ll review the documentation, answer your questions, recommend the right approach, and help you move from concept to production with confidence. Sometimes the most valuable part of the process isn’t the quote itself—it’s the conversation that comes before it.

The Extras Nobody Else Bothers With
Physical Samples: Need sample materials for a presentation? We’ll send them.
Free Consultation: Want to talk through options before committing? Our design team does free consultations. Seriously free — no “free estimate that’s really a sales pitch” nonsense.
Promotional Kits: Looking for architectural promotional products to show clients? We’ve got proper sample kits and catalogs, not the photocopied garbage some companies pass off as marketing materials.
Why People Don’t Leave
Someone Answers: Call during business hours. An actual human picks up. That human knows the products and can answer questions. Apparently this is rare now.
No Surprises: The price we quote is the price you pay. The delivery date we promise is when it ships. The specs we agree to are what shows up. Doing what you said you’d do shouldn’t be a competitive advantage, but here we are.
Quality’s Not Negotiable: Every piece gets checked before it leaves. We’ve sent back entire production runs that didn’t meet spec. Our shop guys hate us sometimes, but customers notice.
Actual Manufacturing: We’re not brokers pretending to be manufacturers. Our facility, our equipment, our people. When something needs fixing or changing, it happens fast because it happens in-house.

Let’s Figure Out Your Project
You’ve got a building that needs something. Maybe you know exactly what. Maybe you just know the current situation isn’t working. Either way, talk to us. We’ve probably solved your specific problem before. And if we haven’t, even better — we like new challenges.
Detailed drawings help, but rough ideas work fine too. We’ve literally started projects from photos with circles drawn on them.
Architectural precast products for a commercial development? Done hundreds.
Custom architectural products for a one-off residential project? Love those.
Complete architectural products list for a mixed-use renovation? Let’s walk through options.
Call, email, or stop by. We’re surprisingly easy to work with for people this particular about details.
